Organisation

Organisations are the foundational resource type in the Capture platform. All other resources—including devices, assets, sites, and zones—are created within an organisation structure.

Creating an Organisation​

To create a new organisation, you must have the appropriate administrative permissions. If you don't have sufficient authorization or need assistance creating an organisation, please contact the Matter Team at admin@matter.city.

Steps to Create an Organisation​

  1. Navigate to the Organisation page in your dashboard
  2. Click the "Create New Organisation" button
  3. Fill in the required organisation details
  4. Submit the form to complete the creation process
