Welcome Email
Welcome to the Matter Platform. You've been invited to join your organisation on Matter, where you can manage, monitor, and take action on assets in real time.
When you first join, you'll receive two emails:
- Account Confirmation Email – Automated verification email containing secure account activation link, temporary password setup instructions, and platform access confirmation with 24-hour validity period for security.
- Organisation Invitation Email – Official invitation to join your organization's Matter platform workspace, including organization details, role assignments, access permissions, and direct link to accept the invitation.
- New to Matter? Complete the account verification process by clicking the confirmation link, create your secure password following the provided guidelines, then accept the organization invitation to gain full platform access and begin asset management operations.
- Already a user? Existing users will automatically be redirected to their organization dashboard upon login, with seamless access to all previously configured assets, routes, and monitoring systems without additional setup requirements.

Logging In
The Matter Platform can be accessed at: https://platform.matter.city This URL will bring you to the Matter Platform's Login page with secure HTTPS encryption and multi-factor authentication support.
Login details:
- Username: Your registered email address (case-sensitive) used during account creation or organization invitation process
- Password: Secure password created during initial account setup, meeting platform security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters)
👉 Option: Select "Remember me" to store your credentials securely in browser for easier future access (valid for 30 days), with automatic logout after periods of inactivity for security.
